The other day, during an outdoor signing I was doing with Jonathan Woods, I was approached by a representative of the Key West Citizen, who asked if I would like to become the Citizen of the Day. It’s a little daily feature they’ve been doing in that paper forever, and although I’ve lived here the better part of 21 years, I’d never been the Citizen of the Day. Until today!

And they even managed to get part of the cover of The Ghosts Of Havana into the photo.
